Rev Abs: Day 78 (Power Intervals 2)

Another good old sweaty day. On my last break at work I also managed to make my way through all three empty hand wing chun forms. It felt good because I didn’t feel like I was doing them because I HAD to…it was because I WANTED to. That’s the way it ought to be.
