Rev Abs: Day 84 (Power Intervals 2)

Weird night. I put Power Intervals 2 into the Super Gym, and it said the workout was only 35 minutes. I was like, “Huh? This is phase 2 though!” Sure enough, when I popped in the DVD, it was only 31 minutes. For some reason I didn’t think any phase 2 workouts were that short, other than Merciless Abs. In any event, that little surprise was sort of like a psych-out: when I first signed in, I didn’t feel like I had the energy to do it…but when I learned it was about four minutes shorter than expected, I did it easily! Maybe I should do that with ALL workouts now: purposely burn the WRONG running time into my memory so it always comes as a shock!

My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
