Rev Abs: Day 90 (Strength and Endurance-Merciless Abs)

Three days to go! And you want to know the other amazing fact? I got this workout done by 4pm instead of 9:30 or later because I took today off from work. Today was really cool because I pushed myself by using 20-lb. weights, which is a real chore during the Hoebel curl, but I managed to pull it off!
