Rev Abs: Day 92 (Power Intervals 2)

Second to last day. Kind of dialled tonight’s workout in, but I’m allowed that every now and then. I can’t wait for rest week. Then, after that, it’s time to move on to the P90X/Insanity hybrid! Currently I’m thinking my future plans should be like this:

*P90X/Insanity
*P90X/Insanity/Rev Abs
*Insanity: the Asylum
*P90X/Asylum
*P90X/Asylum/Rev Abs

It turns out any hybrid with Asylum is only 30 days, but what I can do is take the schedule and repeat it three times to get two more full rounds of P90X when I get to those last two hybrids. We’ll see how complicated it is by the time I get there.
