At long last, I am back to the X! Man, my chest is so sore from yesterday, but in a good way. One thing I noticed is that the P90X workout didn’t feel as long to me as it used to, despite the fact that the amount of reps I could do has gone way downhill since the last time I did a P90X routine.
Insanity was another story: it sure did feel like a full 41 minutes, but then again that’s because I was foolish enough to work out after having consumed a protein bar only 30 minutes or so before I started. I thought that, since it was only a bar, maybe enough time had elapsed. I learned from that one!
All in all, this is going to be an AWESOME 90 days!
