P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 4 (10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex?)

Confused by the title? A P90X blog where he did a 10 Minute Trainer workout? Well, that is because I got home so damn late from work. I left my day job at 8pm so I could go to Vanderheyden and have the nurse watch me do a med pour. I didn’t get home until 10pm. Unfortunately, she has to watch me to TWO MORE. Oh well…the good news is once it’s done, it’s done!

Seeing as how I really wasn’t in the mood to do an hour and a half of Yoga X after the day I had, I decided to bring back an old school idea: do a wing chun form, followed by a session of Yoga Flex. I did four forms, but I finished only three repetitions of YF. Still, better than nothing!
