Today is my least favorite workout. I can’t quite describe what it is about it that bums me out. Maybe it’s because the back exercises are all pull-ups, which are already in so many other routines. I can’t quite put my finger on it, although I will say the one thing that makes this DVD worthwhile…is Dreya Weber.
Also, I am going to do Merciless Abs instead of Ab Ripper X because (1) I somehow feel MORE of a burn from MA, and (2) ARX hurts my back LONG before it hurts my abs.
