Another day where I had the chance to do my workout BEFORE work! Woo hoo! Actually the reason I did this is because I have to do ANOTHER med pour at Vanderheyden tonight, and I don’t feel like trying to do Insanity at 10PM.
I’ve got to say that I can definitely feel the difference in this round as opposed to when I did P90X alone. No offense to Tony Horton, but I don’t remember dripping HALF as bad or being this out of breath on the P90X cardio days. (Oddly enough, I found myself getting more tired when I did the 10 Minute Trainer One-on-One workouts Cardio Intervals and Plyo Intervals. Maybe that’s because with 10 Minute Trainer the pace is more snappy; there are hardly any rests!)
