P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 8 (Chest and Back-Mercy Abs)

Today for a change of pace I decided to go with Mercy Abs instead of Merciless. My chest and back are still pretty weak from all the time I spent away from them during Insanity and Rev Abs, but the muscle will build back up before long.
