Today I did Ab Ripper X because I had no choice. What do I mean? I didn’t have the remote for the DVD player I was using. The significance of this is that Merciless Abs and Strength & Endurance are on the same DVD, with Merciless being second. If I wanted to do that workout, then I would have had to sit through all of S & E (which I wasn’t even doing!) in order to get to my ab workout. So instead I said to hell with it and did Ab Ripper X. It killed my back, but I did feel SOME strain in my abs this time.
Then I took a nap after I got out of Vanderheyden, woke up and did Chest & Back. I feel like I really pushed myself today with this one! Still can’t do Dive Bomber or Diamond Push-Ups worth a damn, but I did my best…and forgot the rest!
