P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 20 (Cardio Power and Resistance)

Tomorrow already brings me to the end of week 3, which means next week is recovery week…end of phase one! It amazes me how fast this program is flying by. As I said in a previous post, I think it has to do with the fact that I am mixing it up instead of doing just P90X or just Insanity. In any event, I really brought the sweat tonight, my friends. No matter how hard I pushed myself last week, I always find myself going at it HARDER the next time around. At long last I am a fitness fanatic!
