P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 22 (Core Cardio and Balance)

Ah, the first day of recovery week. I had immersed myself so much in the mindset of having to do a super hard workout when I got home that this came as a relief…which, of course, is what it’s meant to be. Don’t be fooled though: you WILL still sweat during recovery week!
