What a luxury to have kids that are behaving so well that I can get my workout done this early! Cardio Recovery is such a cakewalk that it almost feels like I didn’t even work out today. LOL
I have to be honest: I didn’t follow along with the routine 100%. During the balance moves I did my three empty hand wing chun forms (sil lum tao, chum kiu, and biu jee). It might sound silly, but they DO require good balance too. Maybe not as good as the moves in Insanity, but it’s still there.
The only thing I regret about doing my wing chun forms instead of following the DVD: it made me miss going to class!
