Any of you out there who are Beachbody hybrid-savvy will realize I did the wrong workouts today. Cardio X was right, but Merciless Abs was not. Instead I was supposed to do Kenpo X as well, but I didn’t realize this until I had only ten minutes before I had to leave for work. I didn’t have enough time to do two hours’ worth of working out when I got home, so I figured I would do a swap: today I will do Merciless Abs instead of Kenpo X. Then when I go to Vanderheyden tomorrow night, I will do Kenpo once Thursday night has turned into Friday morning. Last but not least, I will do Back and Biceps later on in the day. See? It all works out.
I wish I could say the same for my comic book artist search, but that is something I will save for another post.
