P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 29 (Back and Biceps-Kenpo X)

I had to do Kenpo X today because I was SUPPOSED to do it on Wednesday. No harm, no foul. I LOVE the martial arts and I missed doing this workout. On the minus side, I had to kind of loaf my way through Back and Biceps. Why? Because I had to do it the second I got off my overnight shift; otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten to it today. So I picked weights where I really wasn’t pushing myself as hard as I should have because the energy level just wasn’t there. Oh well…I will get it next time!
