P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 44 (Plyometric Cardio Circuit)

Today was a strange day. I kept falling in and out of sleep courtesy of my overnight job, but not before I managed to record myself on camera playing 15 songs from a concept album I will hopefully be recording early next year. (There are 18 songs total, so I am amazed I was able to record all but three.) So not only did I get all that music done, but I pushed myself harder with Insanity than I ever have before. For some reason I STILL get too damn tired by the time I reach the Ski Abs part, I am too tired to keep going for more than five seconds. It hurts too much in my thighs. What the hell do I have to do to avoid crapping out by that point???

About Steve Grogan

I am 40 years old, divorced, and a father of four kids. I am a practitioner of a self-defense system called wing chun kung fu. My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
