P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 48 (10 Minute Trainer routines)

I left work early the other day because I started feeling dizzy, which made me mad because I really wanted to do Insanity when I got home. However, after resting around for a while, I thought I would give some kind of cardio workout a chance. Luckily I have three 10 Minute Trainer workouts that are all about cardio. They are:

*Core Cardio
*Cardio Intervals

Doing these again brought back old memories. This is the program I was doing LAST November, so it made me nostalgic for the old days. I do miss this program though. Last year it was such a breeze to work out AND get everything done that I had to do. My night was so rapid fire!

*work out
*write blog
*talk with Shu on FB about the business
*write the zombie story, or type it up

I miss being able to get everything done so fast, but then again I also know that if I want to increase my fitness level, I have to move on to the next level…but I couldn’t have gotten where I am if it weren’t for 10 Minute Trainer!

This sounds like my situation. I work a varied schedule, so I don’t have the time to commit to a full 45+ minute program. I started with and still have the complete TMT set and Insanity’s fast and furious. So I arranged them in the order of P90X, Insanity and P90X/Insanity hybrid. This should get me through to the end of October ’12. I’ll probably back off the hybrid program and do more yoga until work slacks off. then I’ll probably go on to Rev Abs. Then I’ll have a better idea how to use its 30 minute and under wo’s for TMT hybrids to use when work picks up the rest of the year.
You can see my TMT schedules at http://www.teambeachbody.com in the TMT forum under “TMT doubles, mini-P90X”. Don’t underestimate these wo’s- I’m getting great results.
