I left work early the other day because I started feeling dizzy, which made me mad because I really wanted to do Insanity when I got home. However, after resting around for a while, I thought I would give some kind of cardio workout a chance. Luckily I have three 10 Minute Trainer workouts that are all about cardio. They are:
Doing these again brought back old memories. This is the program I was doing LAST November, so it made me nostalgic for the old days. I do miss this program though. Last year it was such a breeze to work out AND get everything done that I had to do. My night was so rapid fire!

I miss being able to get everything done so fast, but then again I also know that if I want to increase my fitness level, I have to move on to the next level…but I couldn’t have gotten where I am if it weren’t for 10 Minute Trainer!
