There’s something really invigorating about doing these workouts when you feel the LEAST like doing them! I don’t know what it is. All I know is I reached some new levels today. First, I did 20 decline push-ups. Second, I think 40 pounds is my limit for “heavy pants.” Third, I could probably swing 30 for back flies.
My daughter did all of 10 Minute Trainer Cardio tonight. She will be 8 on Monday. She followed along pretty well, with very few form corrections from me!
