Just a one-shot workout for me today. Same as last time, I got through this without having to take any breaks. My right foot hurt a bit after doing the Hot Foot part, but it was over just as the pain was getting to be too much.
It’s funny that a lot of people who haven’t done P90X think of it as extreme (which, course, it is) but now, thanks to doing Insanity (both solo and during my previous hybrid), I find the cardio days of P90X to be too easy! Oh well…I’ll probably just keep on doing them this way since it IS a P90X/P90X+ hybrid.
Speaking of hybrids, I looked ahead at the P90X/RevAbs schedule. I look forward to doing that, because a lot of the RevAbs routines fall on the days I work the overnight shift. They usually don’t involve weights or any jumping around, so I can get the workouts done while I am on the job!
