I should have been able to get this workout done at my overnight job, but for some reason I forgot I had the DVD with me! At any rate, I managed to cram it in just before dinner. Tonight I’m happy to say is my last night for pigging out…except for the occasional dip in willpower. I’m going to try going back on the Atkins diet. Not a lot of people involved with Beachbody are fans of it, but it has given ME good results. And as you all know, what doesn’t work for one person just might do the trick for another.
During Induction, you limit your carbs at first, then gradually add more back in as the weeks go by. I plan on contacting people with more expertise in this diet to ask when I could work my beloved Shakeology back into the mix!
