I did my usual routine for the Yoga day: did a wing chun form first, then a run-through of Yoga Flex. Today is Cardio X, which I am about to do now. I’m writing the blog ahead of time so I can just go down and relax once it’s over. Cardio X is cool because it is a little bit of everything: cardio work, plyo, yoga, and even some kenpo. Cool stuff. 🙂 On the way home I told my wife, “I hope today is X Stretch day because I don’t feel like doing much else.” But I can handle this one tonight.
By the way, since I am getting a lot of fans on this blog now who seem to not be into Beachbody programs yet, I think I might start signing off every blog with the following statement:
