Earlier today I watched Kenpo Cardio Plus and took notes on the moves that I thought could be “wing chun-ified.” I’m not 100% familiar with the moves so I can’t remember how they all go based on what I wrote down. A couple more views should fix that problem.
Just now I went through good old Kenpo X. I wrote down the wing chun-ready moves from this routine as well, and I was already able to come up with ways to modify the moves for my style. The transformation was easy because I have been doing Kenpo X since January 2011.
Now all I have to do is film and post!
