For today’s ab workout, I did a series of exercises that were borrowed from several different routines. Primary among them:
*10 Minute Trainer Abs
I picked ten moves to do for one minute each. What did I find? That I should have picked TWENTY to do for THIRTY SECONDS each. Oh well, live and learn right? Also, I achieved some progress today during Back and Biceps: I was able to use 30-lb. dumbbells for the hammer curl series! More than ever before!
