P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 31 (Chest, Shoulders and Triceps-10 Minute Abs)

I got all set up to work out tonight, pressed play, and…wouldn’t you know it…discovered an immense pain shooting through my left elbow when I put any kind of weight on it. This effectively kept me from doing pretty much ANY exercise in tonight’s routine. What makes me mad about that is I have no memory of doing anything that would hurt my elbow, so I have no idea when the pain will go away! Oh well…I guess I’ll know an answer to that by Tuesday when it is weightlifting day again.
