P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 32 (Fountain of Youth-Cardio-Yoga Flex)

Why are there so many things listed for today’s workout? Well, I will explain. Originally I intended to do Fountain of Youth. I got about five minutes into it when my son started acting crazy. My wife couldn’t take care of it because she was trying to make lunch. Once she was done and the boy was eating, I thought, “Man, it won’t be long before another interruption.” So I decided it would probably be better to do 10 Minute Trainer instead. Unfortunately, I don’t have a remote for the DVD player so I had to select “play all.” That meant going through the Warm-Up and the 10 Minute Cardio routine. Warm-up and Cool-down are both two minutes long. YF and Cardio are ten each. Add to that five minutes of FoY and three minutes for my three wing chun forms, and that gives me approximately thirty minutes of exercise today.

About Steve Grogan

I am 40 years old, divorced, and a father of four kids. I am a practitioner of a self-defense system called wing chun kung fu. My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
