P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 34 (Kenpo Cardio Plus)

I am going to try making it a habit of doing Kenpo Cardio Plus before work. Same goes for Legs and Back. Why? Because they aren’t TOO strenuous. After years and years of working this stupid 12:30-8:30pm shift, I have gotten to the point where I am no longer a morning person. It just isn’t in me to get up and do an intense workout anymore, but these two are an exception. Since they don’t OVERLY push my system, I should be able to pull it off.
