I forgot to do Ab Ripper X during the overnight shift, so I had to quickly knock it out at home. Then it was almost immediately on to Back and Biceps. One weird thing I noticed: I always have to drop the weights I use DRAMATICALLY for any open-arm moves. For example, with normal bicep curls I do 25 lbs. With the open arm curls, I have to do only 15.
I was also able to do 10 Minute Trainer Cardio Intervals with my friend and team mate Angela. William joined in too.
