P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 44 (Plyo X)

I took the kids sledding over at Frear Park today, although a lot of the snow had gone away by the time we got around to it. Still, we had our fun. Then it was back home to do Plyo X while Diana cooked dinner (which is just wrapping up now). The kids even did part of Plyo with me!

As I look at the day I am on, I feel bummed as to how many days I have left to this hybrid that isn’t really so much of a hybrid. However, I AM about halfway through it so I will keep on pushing through. Can’t wait to do the next hybrid, which is P90X/Rev Abs. I already put it on my WOWY auto-schedule. With the way the schedule falls, I will be doing Rev Abs on Saturdays…which means I can bring it to Vanderheyden with me. It’s strange because last summer I was doing Rev Abs solo when I started back at VH. Weird how I can get so nostalgic for a period of my life that just recently passed.

About Steve Grogan

I am 40 years old, divorced, and a father of four kids. I am a practitioner of a self-defense system called wing chun kung fu. My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
