P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 45 (Chest Shoulders Triceps-Ab Ripper X)

The usual: did Ab Ripper X at work, the other workout when I got home. William joined in on most of the routine before he got tired and fell asleep. Feeling kinda exhausted myself, so I think I will end this blog now instead of rambling on about nothing and ruining it. Good night, all.

    I’m thinking about buying the p90x dvds for my ab workouts. Is it any good? Btw,i can’t help but ask how did you start your journey into a disciple of wing chun gong fu? You must be a fan of Bruce lee! LOL. Anyway, best of luck on your workouts! 🙂

    Thanks for the reply and following my blog. As far as P90X and abs, you do abs three times a week, but there is only the one workout. You do get abs in the Core Synergistics workout as well, but basically P90X helps you get in shape all over, without a specific focus on any one muscle group.
