P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 46 (Yoga Flex-Forms)

Today I decided to time how long this version of the Yoga day took me. I started at 10:38, and I wasn’t done until 11:18 or so. This includes two sessions of Yoga Flex, two cycles through the warm-up AND cool-down segments, and the four wing chun forms. Not bad! That makes it just about ten minutes shy of the same length as Fountain of Youth (the P90X One on One yoga workout).
