P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Days 47 and 48 (Legs and Back-Kenpo Cardio Plus-Ab Ripper X)

I ran out of time to do Ab Ripper X yesterday, which makes no sense because it is only sixteen minutes long. Oh well…I will get it in sometime today. One cool thing about these last three days: I have been able to get my workouts done BEFORE work. That made me go in feeling like I could handle whatever was thrown my way. Today is no exception. Oh, and one little aside note: I did my three empty-hand wing chun forms (plus some leg stretches) as my warm-up. I feel ready for ANYTHING!!!
