P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 60 (Yoga Flex-Wing Chun)

As always, I did my two reps of Yoga Flex (from 10 Minute Trainer) and the four wing chun forms that I know in their entirety. I also did the Warm-up and Cool Down routines for Yoga. All told, this gives me about 40 minutes of working out. The more I think about it, the more I don’t feel so bad about doing things this way. My life is just way too busy for Yoga X. If I started Yoga X the SPLIT SECOND I got home at night, I wouldn’t be done until about 10:15pm. As for Fountain of Youth…yes, that is shorter, but it is still a little long for my lifestyle. (Tony says it is 40 minutes, but it runs closer to 48.)

I am glad to see I am two-thirds of the way through this routine. Anyone who has read this blog on a regular basis knows I am not a fan of the auto-schedule that they supply on Beachbody. It can’t really be a hybrid between two programs if there are hardly any routines from one of them. Next up is P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid, which I am super excited about.
