P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 61 (Legs and Back-Ab Ripper X)\

I decided to do Ab Ripper X instead of Abs/Core Plus because you need a pull-up bar to do the latter, and both my wife and son were out in the backyard. Diana was grilling, William was running around playing. So I stuck ARX in a portable DVD player and went outside with them. The weather here could have fooled you into thinking it was summer already!

Also, some exciting news: my friend Johnny came over yesterday to be my demonstration partner for the videos where I modify Kenpo X and Kenpo Cardio Plus moves in a wing chun way. Now I just need the time to post them on Youtube!
