P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 62 (Kenpo Cardio Plus)

Another week brought to an end. Nothing spectacular to report about it. Just the same old, same old. In SOME exciting news, I may be getting my cousin to sign up as a coach. He went to college on a football scholarship, so I bet it would be easy for him to sell AND to go Emerald. If he goes Emerald, then I will be a Ruby again. At that point I’d be just one active coach away from reaching Diamond. Man, I sure could use that right now for several reasons. The first two that come to mind: (1) it will be proof to all the doubters that your average guy CAN earn some decent money at this, and (2) it will make my cycle bonuses go up!

Some people try to make me feel guilty and say, “Oh, well I do this for the love of it…not the money.” Well I do this for the love of it too, but if I made MORE MONEY AT IT, THEN I COULD DO MORE OF WHAT I LOVE!!! Simple common sense, right? Well, apparently not. People try to put you on a guilt trip if you talk about wanting to make more money at Beachbody, like it makes you shallow or not in line with the company’s mission statement: to end the trend of obesity. Excuse me, but if I am making more money by selling Beachbody products, then I AM in line with their mission!

About Steve Grogan

I am 40 years old, divorced, and a father of four kids. I am a practitioner of a self-defense system called wing chun kung fu. My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
