I had a new P90X+ routine to do yesterday: Total Body Plus. Naturally, the first thing that came to mind was the Total Body routine from 10 Minute Trainer. It was somewhat similar, except that it was almost 50 minutes instead of just 10. The one thing I like about the P90X+ workouts is that they are just as intense as P90X, but they are often 20 minutes shorter.
Usually I do my Saturday workout while I am still on my overnight shift, but last night I was just too beat to try it. Surprisingly, the stars were aligned just right for me this morning (even though I couldn’t see them in the daytime sky!) because my wife told me I should do my workout while she made breakfast AND made sure my daughters and her niece got showered. What an awesome gift! Now my workout is done, so I don’t have to worry about finding a point later on in the day to cram it in.
