I didn’t do my usual two rounds of Yoga Flex with wing chun forms today, but I got quite a bit of exercise in.
This morning my friend/team mate Angela came by and did two 10 Minute Trainer sessions with me: Chest and Back, followed by Friday Night Arms. So that was 20 minutes right there. Add in all four wing chun forms (sil lum tao, chum kiu, biu jee and the dummy), and you have another 5 minutes or so. Last but not least, I did do one session of Yoga Flex, complete with the warm-up and cool down. There’s another 15 minutes. So that was about 40 minutes today. Not bad, considering how hectic Mondays always are for me.
