Despite still having a full stomach from dinner (which I ate around 5pm!) I was feeling well enough to make it through this workout tonight. I love this workout, and I love martial arts.
I don’t feel like there is much more to say tonight except that I can just feel my body getting tighter…leaner…meaner. There has been no gain in muscle mass, but that’s all right; I know my results, and I HAVE been able to use heavier weights for bicep curls and so on.
