P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 73 (Chest, Shoulders and Triceps-Ab Ripper X)

True to form: I did Ab Ripper X at work. I just wrapped up Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I noticed I was able to use heavier weights on some exercises, and I could do more reps than before, but there were some that got away from me. One-arm push-ups is an example of that. I could barely do eight! Oh well…just have to keep working!
