P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 74 (Yoga X)

No, I did not ACTUALLY do Yoga X this time. I am just sick of always coming up with different headings for what I really did do. And what I did was the usual: Yoga Flex twice (plus the warm-up and cool-down), plus my wing chun forms.

16 days to go with this hybrid, then a week of rest. After that I am on to P90X/Rev Abs. The auto-schedule says you are supposed to do SEVEN days a week as opposed to six, but that’s not happening! LOL I am way too busy for that.
