My first day of failure without being sick! I meant to do Abs/Core before work, but didn’t have time. I figured I would do that in place of the warm-up for Legs and Back. That part of the plan worked out pretty well.
Unfortunately, things fell apart around the 35 minute mark during Legs and Back. You see, I didn’t time my meals right earlier in the day, and I started getting super hungry halfway through the routine, the kind of hunger that you can’t ignore. I knew if I stopped the routine to eat, then that would mean I couldn’t go back to finish it up for at least an hour…and it was already 11pm. Plus I had to take my wife to a doctor’s appointment at 7:30am. Long story short, I had to cut L & B short.
I’m not happy with myself at all.
