I brought ARX with me to my overnight shift instead of Abs/Core Plus simply because the latter requires a pull-up bar.
This was the second time Total Body Plus was in the schedule, but it was the first time I really pushed myself super hard at it. And man, am I glad I did! The sweat is dripping off me so heavily that it almost feels like it’s November 2011 again when I did my first round of 10 Minute Trainer. To me, that proves that Tony Horton’s adherence to the “muscle confusion” theory really works: I’m still sweating up a storm and being left sore by these workouts.
