I didn’t feel much like writing yesterday, and I honestly don’t today. However, I need to stay accountable, no matter how little I write here.
On Saturday I did Interval X Plus on a portable DVD player in the park, which was awesome. Today was the usual of doing Ab Ripper X at work. Tonight I did a routine that has hardly been on the auto-schedule, and it is one that I am not really sure I’m a fan of. Some of these moves are a mystery to me. For example, there is a pull-up bar exercise called “Clean to Negative.” I just don’t get the different name because, to me, it looks like every other “maximum rep set” I’ve seen in any other video. I just don’t understand how it’s supposed to be different from any other pull-up workout!
