I was able to get my ab routine in about an hour after breakfast. Then I had to take the wife to a doctor’s appointment. We got back with JUST enough time for me to get Legs and Back in before dinner.
I need to do something to crank up the intensity of this workout. It feels like my legs hardly get any kind of burn until I am nearly done with the routine. I’m almost thinking I should do the “Legs” part of it TWICE per day!
