P90X/P90X+ Hybrid: Day 82 (Legs and Back-Abs/Core Plus)

I was able to get my ab routine in about an hour after breakfast. Then I had to take the wife to a doctor’s appointment. We got back with JUST enough time for me to get Legs and Back in before dinner.

I need to do something to crank up the intensity of this workout. It feels like my legs hardly get any kind of burn until I am nearly done with the routine. I’m almost thinking I should do the “Legs” part of it TWICE per day!

    You can try adding some weight. Hold 10-20lb dumbbells on most of the leg exercises. Only problem I have with this is sometimes my arms get very fatigues, especially if I had worked them the previous day.
