I had a lame session of X Stretch today, but I don’t have the time to redo it. Why lame? Because I did it outisde on the portable DVD player, but I couldn’t see what they were doing! I spent at least five minutes fiddling around with brightness and contrast, but I STILL couldn’t get it right. When I got to the point where I had about seventeen minutes left, I just gave up.
Honestly, I am glad this routine is never in ANY of the hybrids too frequently. (In fact, it is always reserved for recovery weeks.) It’s basically an hour long session of stretching. And since each move is only thirty seconds to a minute long, it means there are a ton of exercises to go through…which serves no purpose other than to make this DVD feel longer than it really is!
