Due to the fact that I need to get some rest between my day job and overnight job, I was unable to do this workout on Thursday. However, since the kids were all settled when I got there, I was able to do this workout at 11pm…so I still technically got it done on Thursday!
As I have said before, the auto-schedule calls for me to do either Yoga X or Cardio X on day 7, but you know what? I’m not doing that! As far as I’m concerned, the only workout program that can really justify seven days a week is 10 Minute Trainer.
