I did Ab Ripper X at work as usual. Then I was able to get Chest and Back in after lunch but before work. (My sons and wife were awake, but she cleaned and the boys colored…so I wasn’t ignoring anyone! Plus the boys joined in when they took breaks.)
Dive Bomber Push-Ups are still my main enemy. I don’t know what it is, but somehow my LEGS start hurting before my chest does! Maybe it’s because none of the footwear I own can get decent traction on my living room rug, so I keep slipping…which means I’m always making a conscious effort to dig my feet in to prevent this? That sounds like the best bet.
