P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 12 (Shoulders and Arms-Ab Ripper X)

Today should be Legs and Back but, since I missed S & A on Monday, I decided to do it today. There is no way I will have time to fit L & B into my schedule to make up for it anywhere else, but oh well…that has always been my least favorite P90X workout.

In more business-related news, I’m having a coworker come over next Wednesday to check out P90X. He said he is looking to bulk up his chest. I said that the one program to keep an eye out for that promises to focus on bulk is Body Beast, but that P90X would be a nice program to fill the gap until that comes out. I cannot WAIT to have a workout partner, even if it is only for one night!
