The only thing I hate about weekends (other than having to come home and go right to bed after my overnight) is that it keeps me from being accountable on here!
I did Power Intervals when I got to work. On the next overnight, I waited until around 2:00am to do Ab Ripper X. After work I had to go grocery shopping. Now I am finally about to do my longer routine, but I am swapping days. Today should have been Chest and Back, but I am going to save that for Wednesday when my coworker Mark comes over to check it out. (He said he wants to bulk up his chest, so I figured I would save that workout for when he comes over.) It doesn’t seem like he would be interested in the coaching opportunity (yet), but I could at least get another team member out of this!
