I got home and did Ab Ripper X out in the yard, which was fun. Today I decided to do some of the moves that I skip/replace, like V-Up/Roll-Ups. Why? No real reason, except that on the way home I started to think about how I used to stick with Tony and the gang for every move of every workout…whether I did them good or bad. Somewhere I got away from that, so today I wanted to correct it.
My coworker Mark was supposed to come over and do Chest and Back with me, but he got sick. Oh well…there will be more workouts to come. His goal is to bulk up, which I told him is something that Body Beast would achieve for him more so than P90X, but you might as well do what programs are available for now, right? Hopefully he can join me in the near future.
