P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 24 (X Stretch)

I was a little overzealous today, and it made me forget this was recovery week. Today I brought Ab Ripper X in to work to do on my lunch break…when all I had to do today was X Stretch!

The last time I did this routine, I HATED it. It is 57 minutes long, and some of the moves last only 20-30 seconds. That means there are a LOT of moves, which makes those 57 minutes seem to stretch on to 57 YEARS. Today it wasn’t so bad though. Every now and then my attention still wandered, but more or less I was able to commit to it much better than the last time around.
